How To Change Template Wording

I have a question on order templates.   Where can I find the order template to change some of the wording?   I have had 15 people contact me this past ball session and ask me when the photos will be shipped.   I do not ship any photos.   I told them I do not ship and asked them why they thought I did.   I had one of the parents send me over a screen shot of the order they placed.  ( in yellow it states it will be shipped)   How can I change this because of how it is stated I ended up shipping them out.

Hi Todd, go to settings>default email text messages> order email ----scroll all the way down below replace codes. You can all so just remove (shipping_Discription) code from the body if you do nat want to put a message
