Automated Emails For Only People That Have Not Ordered?

Hey Tim,

Is there any option to send automated emails to only people that have not ordered.  We have so many people email back wondering why they are getting the emails even thought they already ordered.

I know you can do it manually on a per gallery basis, but not sure if this can be automated.  Plus, the problem with this is that it emails all customers that have not purchased, which could include viewers from many years ago.  So you need an easy opt out option and, for me, a GDPR delete account option.

In the automated email settings, check the " People who have not purchased from the gallery." option.

Can you clarify the disclaimer below that?

"To use this option, be sure you select all the options above as this will remove email address of people that have purchased from the emails gathered above"

So my take would be that if "People who have not purchased from the gallery" is the only one checked, that emails would only be sent to those who have not purchased.  From there you can add in others by selecting the options above?

How about just follow the directions? 

CHECK all the boxes like it says and CHECK "People who have not purchased from the gallery".

Hey Tim,

Sorry, I was just looking for a little clarification.  That is the way I had them originally set thus the question.  Even with them set that way I was getting complaints and phone calls that they already ordered but are still getting the automated email and text messages.
