Search Funciton Not Working In Gallery

The search function does not seem to work on this page even though I have enabled it both on this page and set it as a default for all galleries. Regardless of what name is searched, it returns all the images in the gallery.

A new option from the recent update is interfering.
Go to Settings -> Photo Settings and under Photo Search Options UNCHECK "Do not search copyright & comment fields" and save.
Then it will work. It will be fixed in the next update, not sure when that will be though.
