Gallery Showing "no Access" After Access Code Entered
My clients are getting a “no access” message after entering their gallery access code. I tested it myself and it is doing this on mobile for me, but not on my computer. It’s doing this for both new and older galleries where folks accessed them previously, so I don’t think it could be a setting.
Other weird things to note - when I went to log in to Admin today - it wouldn’t let me in - I reset the password and I was able to get in - but I’ve never had to do that before. Also - I hadn’t yet installed the November update - so decided maybe I should just in case it was related - and I got a page of jibberish characters.
I’m not sure where to start in looking for the issue. My last order was Christmas Eve - so something happened between then and now.
On Mobile - it once again won't let me log in to admin - when I enter my username and password, and hit enter - it just resets to the login page with blank fields.
Sounds like you are out of space on your hosting account and it can no create the session files. You need to check with your host.

Thanks, Tim - that was exactly the problem. I deleted quite a few galleries with image files - it went down - it's still sitting at 87% - but I can worry about that later!
