Paypal Is Disable But Customers Still Pay Via Paypal

Hi,
I have PayPal disabled on a gallery as a payment option but somehow people still mange to pay with PayPal. How can I stop this?
Payment never registers automatically and I have to add payment to these orders manually to activate downloads.
