Hi Tim.
I shoot schools, I upload each child's set of pictures in their own folder and Sytist pulls the password from the -filename-. WORKS GREAT
I have set it so parents cant order pictures from different passwords into the same print pack. WORKS GREAT
I have also added another group into my price list called "EXTRA PRINTS"... I have set this group up so parents can only order from it once they have added a standard print pack.. THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM IS..
So.... yes it works as it will not allow parents to order single extra prints until they have added a print pack... But, once they've added the print pack, they can now order extra prints for other children with different passwords.
Word is spreading quick among my parents, one parent is buying the main print pack, then adding single prints of loads of other children..
Please help quickly
Lee :-)

oh wow, that's cheeky!!!
I have parents do this for siblings, ie: buy a pack for Melissa, then adds a handful of extras for sibling Aaron in the one purchase, so it's all good from that perspective.
But this? Wow.
I allow my parents to purchase single prints though, they don't have to buy a pack. Perhaps put up the price of your single buys to make your packs more attractive?
I would say your parents don't like being forced to purchase packs and/or your entry level pack might be too high perhaps???

There is an option in your collections "Do not allow adding photos to this collection from different galleries or sub-galleries" which will work if they are actually in different galleries.
If they are in the same gallery, see this:
