Adding To Cart Or Creating An Account Produces Blank Screen

My client just called me to say that when they try to create an account they just get a blank page. I tried it and got the same thing. Also the same if I try to add an image to a cart with an existing account.

You have the wrong index file in the main Sytist folder or you have deleted it:
https://whitesphotography.com/Sytist/

You can download the Sytist index file here:
https://www.picturespro.com/sy-misc/download/Sytist-index-file.zip

unzip that zip and upload the index.php file into that Sytist folder.

When I checked, the file was there by had 0 bytes! I replace the file and it now works. Thanks, Tim! I have no idea how that happened because I didn't do it. It must have been done by Bluehost. I am in the process of remaking my site with WordPress and I suspect they messed with it then.

Paul i have said this before, Bluehost is the worst, you will have nothing but problems with them, think about moving your site.

I am currently having this issue with the blank screen.  I have tried the index file and that did not correct my issue. I am currently using php 7.4.33. I am not able to update the php right now as one of the sites on my hosting will break if I update the php. I have redownloaded the sytist install and uploaded the upgrade files, this also did not fix the issue. This is the link that it takes me to when I click to create an account.

Thanks.

You need to go into the file manage or FTP and delete the index.php file (appears to be empty) and REANAME the indexnew.php file to index.php .

I just did that and opened an incognito  window and there is still nothing but a blank screen.

You have some sort of weird redirect going on either you added or something the host has done.

Directs to this: https://carriedthroughtime.com/carriedthroughtime/

So this would work but it is wrong:

https://carriedthroughtime.com/carriedthroughtime/index.php?view=account

Nothing the extra carriedthroughtime in the URL.

Sytist isn't doing this. You may have to get with your host about it.
