Hi Guys, trying a new process for a new client. Hoping to upload high res files have sytist make smaller files and keep high res files. Under settings / Photos the 'Large max image width' does that refer to a limitation on uplaod or the size of the large thumbnail? Images I was uploading were 3810x5334. They are not previewing. I have tried adding a new php.ini file to my website. No luck so far. Any help appreciated. I need to get this ready for the weekend.

Hey Tim, can ask for some more direct help here? Photos are not previewing at all now! even 1080px wide shots. Have even tried shots that I uploaded a few days ago. I Can I email you direct access to my site backend?

Server is back up now just in case you miss the emails. Thanks again.
What time zone are you in?

Hi Darrell, you probably won't hear back from Tim until tomorrow night or Monday. But what you are saying is server related and not Sytist. I would not recommend uploading very big files. Follow the link that Tim posted. It may be that you have exceeded space or other limits set by your host, especially if it is a shared hosting platform. All so you can check your PHP version that may be set to high, some hosts automatically update PHP try PHP 7.4
