Booking Calendar Malfunction

Hi,

I am trying to run a special event. Sytist is allowing people to book (taking deposits and sending confirmation emails) but not populating the calendar, adding the booking to their account, or blocking out the booked timeslot (allowing other people to double and triple book!)

Yes, I have only 1 booking per time slot selected on the Booking Calendar Special Event page. (Please see attached image)

Please help, I sent out the event notification to my mailing list and I'm being swamped with bookings.

You can email me the following for me to look into it:

1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).

2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
