I sell small downloads with my logo on and they are perfect on the landscape ones, but do not work well on the portrait ones. Is there any way of having 2 uploaded whereby 1 is uploaded to landscape and 1 to portrait to fit accordingly?

There is not an option to have a different logo placement based on orientation.
