Intermittently Unable To Upload Jpg Or Process Ftp Jobs To Sytist

Hello,
Over the last three days we have had some new/odd intermittent occurrences with uploading images to Sytist . We are finding that in the Select From FTP Upload pop up window, when pressing Process nothing happens. Then alternatively trying to upload in the browser with the Select Photos to Upload button, when the File Upload (file explorer) window pops up it does not show any .jpg or .png files in our local network directories that 100% contain jpg's. This has happened once on Monday and again today (Wednesday). I tried doing a graceful server reboot but nothing changed then around an hour later it all went back to working normally again.
Does anyone know what might be the cause?
We are running Sytist Version 4.1.9 with PHP version: 7.3.33

For the FTP process to just stop if sounds like the photos are too large for the server to process. See this:

For not seeing JPG file on upload you probably have the option check to upload folders to create sub galleries. uncheck that.
