Customers are placing orders, but they are receiving at least 3 or more confirmation emails for their order, does anyone else have the same problem.

Have not heard of anyone else having that issue. If you go to Stats -> Email Logs, do they show as being sent multiple times?

No, I have checked again and I can see it is now only sending one.
