I Upgraded To A Dedicated Ip Address And It Broke My Website

Hello, I paid for the add-on of a dedicated IP address on bluehost and now my website doesn't work.

I'm wondering if there's a file I can edit to bring it back up or if I have to re-install.

Sounds like something you need to get bluehost to fix. If it was JUST changing the IP Address it should not affect any files.
