Hey Tim,
When exporting out with the do not group by photos checked. Should the Options stick with the item it was selected on or is it on purpose that it reports on every item, even if it wasn't selected for that item. Please see the screen shot.

What is the K column labeled and what is the S column labeled?

K is Product options and S is Collection options.

Are the options under "OPTIONS" the option selected for the collection? And those products in that collection?

The First option(Add on two 3.5x5 Magnets: Selected) listed is an option for a collection. The second and third option are options selected for ala cart products and not colections.
