New Orders Are Being Labeled Automatically

Whenever a new order comes in, the buyer is being labeled automatically. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a setting I'm missing that is causing this?

There is a setting in galleys and categories, scroll down a bit you will see it https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/people/labels/
