Viewing And Exporting Monthly Sales Reports

My accountant and I are having trouble finding how to generate monthly reports of sales.
We need to be able to easily show:
1. Date
2. Order Number
3. Customer Name
4. Product
5. Pricing
6. Total Sales for the month
We are struggling as are new to this for this years accounts. Please help.

Thank you for the speedy reply. I have had a look at this and tested with various options. with both the "Product Export" and "Report Export" selections.
The one that works is: REPORT EXPORT
