Are you moving your current installation or installation from scratch and starting over?
Looks like you are trying to move it and have not imported the database and updated the config file.
Here is how to move Sytist to another host:
https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/installation/moving-sytist-from-one-host-to-another/
3) You will need to export your database and import it into your new host (your database is not located where your files and folders are) then update the sy-config.php file with the new database settings. Here are instructions on how to do this.

Bluehost was problem after problem after 2 years i said enough is enough. I was with Godaddy for a very long time before switching to Bluehost, think i switched because godaddy did not have certain things needed for this site or the other gallery software i was using at the time. I have been with Greengeeks ever since, great support, fast hosting even on the shared server hosting plan. I also use S3 to store photos to keep it fast and not use storage on the hosting account. Tim has some great recommendations listed, Sytist customers have been trouble free with his recommendations. I would maybe support those hosting companies because they have supported Sytist users.

I'll ask again: Are you moving your current installation or installation from scratch and starting over?

These are the instructions on installing Sytist:
https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/installation/installing/
The screenshot above looks like you already installed it and installed again (database tables exist). You should start over and with a new databse.
