New Accounts - State Field Displaying Incorrectly

Hi Tim,
When new accounts register, the state they enter shows up with a "n" immediately before, this was happening before and you fixed it.
No idea why it is happening again.
Any suggestions?

I have fixed it again for new accounts. I don't know why it would have reverted back.
