If a client favorites all their photos from multiple folders from a large event, is there a way to gather all the favorites to put into a private folder or to even download them?

You can view the customer account to view them and export the file names. No option to download or move them into a gallery.

This may have been an upgrade meanwhile , but as this is the only answer that came up I'll add a workaround I found (for small digis) in case anyone else is searching for this topic :
Ask customer to put everything they want in favourites
Tick the first favourite , shift-click the last one (to select all) which puts them in the tray .
Download all from the tray , then you have the set to email to the customer
