Gallery Expiration Messages Are Not Being Sent Or Received

The cron job was set up correctly (at least the test emails arrive).

But gallery expiration notification emails are not sent.

I verified that the expiration of the gallery was established, that some user had visited the page, that in the automatic email it was checked that emails be sent to those who visited the page and that automatic emails were activated to be sent at 7, 3 and 0 days of expiration.

In the user's email I do not receive any email (I even verified spam) and from the user's page in Sytist there is no evidence that any email has been sent.
