Bonus Offer/upgrade On Checkout/after Ordering

Hi Tim.

Trying to find a way to add a "don't forget!" type add-on after a package has been chosen, but before payment goes through. Similar to how i'd add a checkbox to a product ( if client ticks, an extra $$ is added to order ), i'd like to add a last minute easy add before they checkout, like adding fries or a drink to your burger order ...

Example: Client orders a handful of prints and is set to pay

PROMPT: Hey, would you like some digital copies to go with that?

Client ticks yes and an extra $$ is added to their order. Money for jam.

Would it be possible to add a price field to the the "Additional Order Options" feature that already exists?  That is basically what we're after.  :) 

(In my case, I would like to offer clients a "Rush Fee" option at checkout.)
