Is there a way to list only paid orders? (Not sure if this is a Reports topic or an Orders topic).
Thanks

When you go to the Orders section it will list all orders. You can show all the unpaid ones (in the left menu) but not all just paid ones.

Hi Tim,
Can this be a feature added in a future update? It would be very helpful to be able to click a "PAID" option in the Open Orders section. Currently, I click "Open Orders' and then have to scroll through many pages to find the odd PAID order among the numerous "Unpaid" orders.
I know I can export to csv and then sort by Status to find the ones marked as 'Completed', but an option for "PAID" on the orders page would be better.
Thanks,
Todd

Thanks Todd...I second this. We only deliver our product once we see someone has paid and it would be really helpful to be able to see only paid orders. Being able to see only unpaid orders isn't helpful for our situation. We have hundreds of orders so this would really be helpful.

Hi Sean,
That is a very good idea. However, the amount of time it takes to select orders that have been paid, to add them to a 'Paid' status label, is exactly the same amount of time it takes to select just the paid orders to print. Therefore, it does not help in my situation. :-(
Example: Today I went to open orders and there were 214 orders. The Unpaid label showed 89. I had to 'Select All' and then scroll through and deselect 89 orders that were unpaid before I could print.
It would have been faster if there was a 'Paid' button that would have automatically filtered out the unpaid orders. Then I could 'Select All' and print.
Cheers,
Todd

You could create a status of "Open Orders Unpaid"
Then click the Unpaid button, select all and change their status to "Open Orders Unpaid"
That would leave the remaining "Open Orders Not Assigned" as your Paid orders. (You could then create a "Paid" status and move them there if desired.)

Hi Scott,
That was a good idea. I don't even have to create a 'Paid' label since everything left in the 'Open Orders Not Assigned' is a paid order. I will simply select all, print, and then change them to 'Order Form Printed'.
The added benefit is my Open Orders will always show paid orders I have yet to print.
Thank you all for your insight!
Cheers,
Todd

By the way, I'm actually impressed with your workload lol. I stopped doing A LOT of stuff and simply do weddings now with the OCCASIONAL portrait, cut my workload by 90% and I make 20x more than I use to lol. But weddings aren't for everyone and they are TOUGH. Simply just want to give Kudos where deserved 17k orders is just WOW. I have like 20 lmao
