Page Designer Not Saving

I'm using Page Designer for the first time. I was able to open the editor, add content, edit content...but when I click save the clock just keeps spinning!
If I delete the element it does allow me to exit Page Designer.
I've tried a few different elements but none of them allow me to save the page.
What am I missing??

I am going to guess it is triggering mod security on the server when saving, but no way of knowing without testing it out myself ... unless you can look at the network in the developer console in your browser.
You can email me the link to your Sytist admin with the username and password and I can test it out.

I'm still working on it...it's most likely a server issue.
