Digital Download Package Issue

I have an option on my site for a Facebook package of 3 low resolution downloads. The collection had worked fine, and then I started getting emails with issues from customers saying that there was no option to "add the photo to the package." I checked it myself and sure enough, there is no longer any check mark, option, etc to add the image to the collection. It had been working, but seems to have stopped after changing the theme of the site. Any thoughts on how to remedy this?

Did you by chance delete the download product from the database?

Just double checked, product used is the "large download" and is still in the product base.

Did you by chance check the option to not keep the original files when uploading the photos? If so, that could be it because there is no files to create the download.

If that's not it, then I will need to see how you have it set up. So email me the link to your Sytist admin with the username and password.
