When I am trying to upload photos to a gallery through Upload from Selected Photos from my computer, the "Selected Photos" button is completely un-responsive. I have changed browsers from FireFox to Chrome, tried different computers, and still no success. Help please.

You must be on a really old version of Sytist where the uploader require Adobe Flash which is now gone.
A new uploader was developed and added a few years ago that does not require adobe flash. You may want to update your Sytist:

Or you can upload via FTP:

Thanks Tim, we will probably need to use FTP option at this point. I am not super familiar with FTP programs but have installed Zilla...What is the IP server address and Port information for Sytist?

Also, we just uploaded all of our gallery images in September and had no issue, so it doesn't seem that we are running on old software. Could there be another issue not an upgrade issue?

FTP comes from your host so you will need to get that info from them.
It is definitely you are on an old version of Sytist and the uploader / adobe flash. Upgrading your Sytist will fix it.

I have uploaded files through FileZilla and when I try to upload images from stored files none of the files are showing up. I can see that they are there in FileZilla in the sy-upload folder but they are not showing when I am trying to upload to any specific gallery. Is there something that we need to do on our end to access the uploaded images? Help, please...
As a side note, It doesn't make sense for us to pay for the upgrade because we are closing the business in June.

You have to upload the images into a FOLDER INSIDE the sy-upload folder.
