Updating Product Prices In Cart After Gallery Expires

Is it possible to change the price of products that customers already have in their cart?
For example you can change the price list on a gallery after a certain date, but what happens to items already in the cart at the old/cheaper price?

If the price list changes the products in the cart remain the same price.
If you were running a sale with the price list and the sale has expired, the prices will change to the original non-sale price.
You can delete all carts associated with a gallery if you wanted by clicking the Stats & Sales tab for the gallery and look for the option there.
