Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Muted Colors In Zoomed Image

The gallery image thumbnails are true to the color of the original image, vibrant and sharp. The zoomed image when you click on a gallery image however shows dull, muted colors. What would be the cause of this and how can I get the zoomed image to show the accurate color?

When exporting or saving photos for the web, they needs to be using the sRGB color profile.

I have the same issues!!! I use SRBG to export and know color space very well. It almost looks like the site is designed for Adobe (although I tried that setting too, but it failed.) By saying this photo cart is missing red hews that are defiantly present in my images.
