Attention

If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions. 

You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.

Watermark Not Showing

Hi Tim,

My pictures in the gallery is not watermarked on the thumbnails, zoom image or the image itself.
I have clicked "No" on the button for "Remove Watermarking" but it's still watermark free.

Please advise,

Watermark settings are in Settings -> Watermarking.

Yes, I have actually set everything up already before. And its been working for years and then it suddenly just stopped working.

I don't see any reason for it to suddenly stop working. I will need a link to a gallery with access code to see.

The answer for the previous person was In Settings -> Gallery & Image Layout, there should be an option to set the function to display images. You need to set it to encryption for the watermark to work.

If that isn't it, I will need a link to a gallery with access code to see.
