Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.
Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.
Notification When Item Added To Cart
I just logged into my system and saw that there was a really large order sitting in a shopping cart that was never placed. If I had known about it, I could have tried to close the sale but it was from a month ago and now the client is not interested.
I'm hoping there is a setting somewhere to turn on a notification for that.
Also, is there a way to put a test order through to make sure that everything is still functioning. There are a number of carts that have items in them but no completed orders in a few months so I'm wondering if something stopped working.
Thanks,
Prem
You can go into a gallery and place a test order.
