Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

I sent an email through your contact form / email, but I thought others might have a similar problem, so I'm posting it here too.
I lost my complete site with a server error at my old host. Talk about a nightmare. This included my "proofs" folder which contained my PhotoCart. I have decided to move everything over to GoDaddy and have created a new stand-alone proofing site there: www.LatkaPhotoProofs.com I have uploaded my PhotoCart software and have it running, but the problem is that it won't let me log in to the admin area until the registration is sent in. When I add my info (Key, Name and email), it gives me a message that my software has already been registered. Yes...of course it has! I have no way to deactivate the old site.
PLEASE HELP.
