I offer downloads to customers and in the last week, all of the download orders have not worked.

I have also tried to buy a download from my own site and got the following message (also see attached jpeg of screen shot)

"the file "N&G0586.jpg" could not be opened. It may be damaged or use a file format that preview doesn't recognise."

when I tried to open it in photoshop it said:

"this document might be damaged (the file may be truncated or incomplete" continue?

when I clicked OK to continue, the file opened up in photoshop fine.

but customers (who probably don't have photoshop) have said that the image is blank.

any ideas?? thanks so much

just to add.....the same image offered as a free download works fine..... - which confuses me even more...??

emailed you this morning Tim, to info@picturespro.com - but have just had the email returned to me saying it "timed out"

I'll send it again now, but just wondering if you have another email address i might be able to send it to

(and just in case I can use this email) - have added the two files here. the -1.jpg one is the one that was a free download which works fine, but the one that requires payment is the problem.

I've tried emailing the pictures to you 3 times now but your email address (info@picturespro.com) doesn't seem to be working and the emails are all returned to me unsent, saying your email address "timed out". is there another address I can send them to. I'm really keen to try and solve problem. Thanks. Sim

trying to send you an email and have had it returned twice now saying undeliverable as it's "timed out"

please try those ftp username and passwords again that I sent you as they are correct. I've manually entered them on both Filezilla and Fetch sites and they both worked ok, so not sure why they won't work for you.....

are you getting my emails I wonder??

The last email I sent was "I am getting Authentication failed for the FTP information below" .... so the FTP information you last sent isn't working.

You can email me at tsgenet@gmail.com . If you can too, forward one of the returned emails you received when sending it to info@picturespro.com ?

But seems like I already fixed it?
