Attention

If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.

You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.

Hi Everyone,

I just had a customer email me that he received this at check out? Can anyone advise?

An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the
merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of
the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your
credit card.

This transaction has been approved.

It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you
will receive the product or service.

(also emailed)

It may just have been a temporary issue with the server not responding to Authorize.nets return of the information. If it continues to happen, might want to contact authorize.net support and see if they have any sort of error log of the errors.

Hi Tim, I am still getting this error message and I did a transaction myself as well ?. still happening. I contacted authorize.net and they said it was a redirect issure.. I have done nothing different to the site and have not changed anything. I forwarded you an email as to what they recommended.

Please let me know what to do.

I have called go daddy and authorize.net and they have both said that it is a coding or dev issue. Authorize.net hasn't given me any error log? only an email that with generic information about the error message. Thank you for your help. Jackie

My customers have been getting this same error as well, it's happened the last 4 orders. I'm also using godaddy and authorize. Thanks!

After much back and forth, godaddy finally figured out it was a problem on their end blocking the response from authorize.net, but not sure if it was totally resolved yet. You should contact godaddy about the issue and tell them they are blocking the response from authorize.net when an order is paid.
