In Payments Options|PayPal Standard Business| I have created a PayPal Button based on the code provided by paypal. I am assuming that this code is entered into the Pay Button Graphic box that is located on the bottom right hand side of the page. Next, when I create a sandbox order, I get to the cart page and the PayPal buttons do not appear, there is only a blue box with question mark. I understand that to mean the HTML code is not working or I have positioned it into the incorrect location. When I rerun to the Payment Option screen, I can see that the code previously pasted has been truncated.

I must be doing something incorrect, can you please help with some advise...

All you have to do for PayPal is edit the option, enter in your PayPal email address in the field and make it active. You don't need to be adding any code.
