We have tried from several computers and browsers but no luck.
Also tried to reset the password but it refuses to recognise the email.
Any thoughts would be great.

Are you talking about Sytist? (you posted in the website:D forum).
I just tested the additional administrators and no problems.
If you can log into the master admin, you can change their passwords.
