Website Is Missing Elements On Mobile Layout

My website is missing columns and links that show on desktop but not on the iphone. How do I adjust the mobile layout as I am rebuilding my home page and it is just not transferring to viewing on a mobile at all.

What exactly is not showing? Anything seen on desktop would be shown on mobile.
