I had not visited the admin page for about 12 months. Now it has nothing on the page, "view source" shows nothing either!
http://worthingtonmonument.com/ms_manage/index.php?do=login
The site host shows it running on the following:
Apache 2.2.34
PHP 5.4.24
MySQL 5.6.32-78.1
Any ideas Tim?

Download the Website:D upgrade files:
http://www.picturespro.com/sy-misc/download/3-0-3_Website_D_Upgrade.zip
Unzip it and upload the contents of the ms_manage folder and upload them into the ms_manage folder on your website. It's probably caused by a PHP upgrade on the hosting.

Tim
Just getting back to this, and after logging into the admin page I'm getting a "License expired" message when I try to upload an image. Also, on the site it appears that uploading the "ms_manage folder" earlier today, has broken my photo album pages (the structure is there, but all the album pages read "No images uploaded to this album")!

I found and replaced the "phpuploader.lic" file. Do I need to install the entire 3.0.3 update file I downloaded earlier today?
