My web servers are set up with HTTPS. When accessing my website:D site the link are not showing as HTTPS secure. How to I set the page files so my pages show up with HTTPS?

You will need to edit the .htaccess file that is in your main website / root folder through the file manager in your hosting control panel.
Add these 2 lines and replace YOUR-DOMAIN.com witn YOUR domain name.
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.YOUR-DOMAIN.com/$1 [R,L]
Also, your host might be able to set that up for your too.

Cookies and such are not the problem. You have some images on your home page which are coded in with a link including http ... under why choose us, etc .... you should edit those and change those to https
