Admin Booking - No Terms And Conditions?

Hi,
When I book clients in on the calendar from the admin side, where do they accept the terms and conditions that they would normally agree to via a check box on the client side booking calendar?
I'm not sure if they are prompted to check this box through the invoice I can generate but I sometimes offer free model calls (where the sitting fee is $0 and they just pay for the images) and if the invoice is zero on booking, I don't think they are ever prompted to agree to the terms and conditions.
Hopefully I'm just missing something obvious!

There is no terms and conditions when you add a booking from the admin.
