Text Messaging Names

The new feature of identifying the person texting via Twilio seems to work on some, but not all accounts.

The last two I received for instance don't show the name on the account, despite the number being associated on the account. It's not duplicated and they have given permission.

Any ideas?

Maybe there is a space in it.

You can email me the following for me to look into it:

1) Link to your Sytist admin.

2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).

3) FTP username and password.

I had to disable SFTP - I had 47 attempted logins that failed to use the correct password more than 5 times each in just 8 hours of it being open, and thats alot given I blanket ban 190 countries from even seeing my network.

They are animals.

Please let me know your IP address via email and I'll add an exception rule so you can access the SFTP.
