Product Base Item Not Showing On Gallery

Hi Tim,

My digital file base item is not showing in the customer galleries that use the price list, although it is actually listed in the the price list.

ie. I have a digital file in the price list, but this does not show on the gallery . .

I have uploaded a video to dropbox to further highlight my issue.

You have the size set for the digital file to 4000 pixels on the longest side. Most likely the photos you uploaded are smaller than that so it won't offer that product, It won't upsize a photo. You should change the size to 0 so it uses the size of the original file uploaded.
