I am having an issue with a gallery that will not process the correct passcode for the photos. I have a csv file (see screenshot). After uploading and processing the file what comes up as the passcode is the image filename! (also have a screenshot). I have the photo settings correct I believe. (see last screen shot).
Hope it is something easy I am just not seeing.

Try removing the first line 1:A and 1:B (filename and passcode) and re upload. That worked for me when I had a similar issue.
