Tim, Is it possible for someone to enter a "Paid Access" gallery without paying the Access Fee? I have a customer has ordered a medium download and viewed their files, but I have never received the access payment and no order for one is recorded on her account.

I have not given the password out to anyone and the password was generated by program, so it is random.

Those are not all password protected or paid access. Maybe it is from one that is not password protected?
