Including Links To Galleries Within The Orders

Hello. How are you.
I wanted to ask you how you have organized the management of messages with the client when an order is generated for a photo session.
Currently in my case, when they buy me a photo session, after editing it and uploading it to the corresponding gallery, I change the order status to "delivered" and I send an email notifying the client from the gallery.
What I would like to know is if there is any way to include the link of the gallery within the order, in order to tell the client something like "Your order will be ready in approximately X days. Check the status of your order by entering your account" Then I save sending the email and also the customer has the summary of what was paid and the product purchased in one place.
Currently, when I send what I bought by email (the link to their gallery) many times it happens that they do not see the email, or they see it but forget, etc.
It seems to me that it would be more effective if the link to your gallery was next to the order.
Thanks a lot!
