Hi Tim,
My new hosting provider migrated everything over from my previous provider. Everything appears to be in order, but a customer has just informed me that they cannot collect their downloads. I have just tested it and have a "cannot parse response" error, it was a gallery that was working previously.
You can download the files from the order in the back office.

You can email me the following for me to look into it:
1) Link to your Sytist admin.
2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
3) FTP username and password.
