I guess that is a label for a price list that is set to display as a list?
If so, it uses the colors of the buttons for forms in your theme. To override it: Design -> Edit My Theme -> Additional CSS, add this code:
.pricegroupingtitle {
background: #890000;
border: solid 1px #00ff00;
color: #FFFFFF;
box-sizing: border-box;
padding: 8px 16px;
margin: 8px 0px;
}
Adjust the hexadecimal color codes accordingly.
