It could be a number of things like folder permission issues, something wrong in the config file, etc...
You can email me the following for me to look into it:
1) Link to your Sytist admin.
2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).

The problem is that the upload_max_filesize in the PHP configuration is only 2MB which means you can't upload a photo larger than 2MB.
Sytist tries to increase that to 30M in the config file but looks like there is a hard limit set by your hosting company. You would need to get your host to increase that upload_max_filesize value.

Has anyone else had this issue?
No photos are displaying in any gallery - i am on a dedicated server and only noticed that all the photos had gone when i went to upload a gallery from todays event.
Any help would really be appriciated as i have clients bend my ear for there images.
Thanks, Andy

Most likely the photos are too large to process, the photos files are corrupt or you changed something in the configuration file.
You can email me the following for me to look into it:
1) Link to your Sytist admin.
2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).

NONE of your images are showing. They all return a 404 file not found error for every gallery.
So either the sy-photos folder has been deleted, accidentally moved into another folder when using your FTP program or has been removed by your host. You need to log in FTP or the file manager in your hosting control panel and look for the sy-photos folder. Should be in the main folder with all the other sy- folders.

Thanjs for your reply Tim,
I have had a look in my ftp uploader and cant see it there so that could be the issue. My host say they havent removed anything and i am struggling to locate it.
Any way to revert things back?

Look inside the folders next to where that one should be and you may have dragged it into one of those.
Or see if your host can search for it.
You could possibly ask you host to restore from a backup but that can cause troubles too.

Tim, just wanted to say thankyou for your help - after some searching i found the sy-photos folder - it was in a sub folder inside another folder - dont know how or why but wanted to let you know that it was the issue and now fixed. Hopefully if someone else has the same issue this will help.
Thanks Andy
