Customer Not Seeing New Credits

I'm not sure what has changed. In the past I add Account Credits and when they go through the purchase process they are able to purchase the photos with credits.

The credits are not showing. Is there a setting a missing or has something changed?

Perhaps they have an expired credit in their account which will cause calculation issues. If there is one, edit it and remove the expiration date.
