Hi Tim,

I am using Sytist as a webshop but as well on site for customers on the event.

I'm running into the problem that people log into their accounts on site and then forget to logout again. The next customer is then on the account of the previous one and messes around with that one.

Is there a way to log the user out after a certain amount of time being inactive?

Best regards, Andre

Hey Andre,
There is a extension for chrome that will do this. We have used it but I can't remember the name of it. If you google it, you should be able to find it pretty easily. Hope that helps.

There is not an option within Sytist to log someone out after a period of time.

You can add a log out link to the main menu to make it more convenient. The URL would be: /index.php?view=logout
