Accidentally Deleted Customer Account

I accidentally deleted a few customer accounts. Is there a way to integrate their orders with their new account?

Not a way to do it from the admin.
You would have to modify the database.
Get the account ID from the URL when viewing their account in the admin (p_id=123).
Find the orders in the ms_orders table in your database and update the order_customer value with that ID of the order you want to change.
