Getting Data Out Of Forms

Hi everyone
I just wondered if anyone had found a way of using IFTTT or Zapier or something like, as a quick way to get information out of contact forms into something like Word or Excel. I just find all my info is in the forms but I cant access it very easily.

The form submissions aren't saved in a table. They are only saved in the HTML format you receive in the email.

I've not tried to to use native forms in the site but I've embedded JotForm in my contact page which is part of a Zap in Zapier and brings the input in Airtable CMS base. At the same time customer gets a text and a ticket ID for reference. Once we look and solve or follow up the "case" it gets updated and customer gets notified.
